These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the RAX platform, products, services, content, and any associated programs (collectively “RAX” or “the Platform”). By accessing or using RAX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RAX. If accessing on behalf of another person or business, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these Terms.


2. General Use of the Platform

You agree to use RAX only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the purpose of the platform: digital skills training, education, consulting, business development, and related services. You must not use RAX to:

 • Engage in fraud, deception, or illegal activity
 • Harass, abuse, or harm others
 • Copy, resell, or distribute content without permission
 • Interfere with RAX’s systems, data, or security

RAX may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.


3. Educational Content & Outcomes

RAX provides training, tools, digital resources, and advisory support. RAX does not guarantee:

 • Financial results
 • Employment outcomes
 • Business performance or profitability
 • Any specific outcome from using the Platform

Your results depend on your own skills, actions, effort, and implementation.


4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

4.1. Subscriptions & One-Time Purchases

By purchasing a RAX subscription or product, you authorise automatic billing via your selected payment method. Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout.

4.2. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of digital products, training, and intellectual property, all payments are final and non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

4.3. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, RAX may suspend access until the account is brought up to date. RAX may also send unpaid invoices to collections where appropriate.


5. Licensing & White-Label Programs (B2B Clients)

If you purchase a RAX licensing or white-label agreement:

 • You receive non-exclusive, revocable access to the specified RAX content and platform
 • You must comply with all brand, compliance, and usage requirements
 • You may not resell or redistribute RAX content beyond the agreed terms
 • RAX may monitor usage to ensure compliance

Misuse or unauthorised distribution will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.


6. Intellectual Property

All RAX content—including videos, text, frameworks, proprietary systems, branding, software, and materials—is owned by RAX (CHECKSIX Pty Ltd) or licensed to it.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access content for your own learning. You may not:
 • Reproduce, modify, or resell any content
 • Share login access
 • Publish or distribute materials publicly


7. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:
 • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
 • All activity that occurs under your account

RAX may terminate accounts suspected of sharing access or engaging in unauthorised use.


8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

RAX may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Skool, Stripe, Meta, Google, AI tools). RAX is not responsible for:
 • Their availability
 • Their performance
 • How they process your data

You agree to the terms of any third-party services you use.


9. AI Tools & Automation Disclaimer

RAX may provide AI-powered assistance, scripts, templates, or automation. These tools:
 • Are not legal, financial, or professional advice
 • Should be used with your own judgment
 • Are not guaranteed to be accurate

You remain fully responsible for how you use AI outputs.


10. Business, Legal & Financial Disclaimer

Nothing on RAX constitutes:
 • Financial advice
 • Legal advice
 • Tax advice
 • Professional guaranteed outcomes

Always seek professional advice before making business, financial, employment, or legal decisions.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
 • RAX is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss
 • RAX is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or business outcomes
 • RAX’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 30 days


12. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide refunds. RAX may terminate access for:

 • Breaching these Terms
 • Misusing the platform
 • Non-payment

Upon termination, all access to content and materials ends.


13. Privacy & Data

RAX collects and stores data according to its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and handling of your data as outlined there.


14. Changes to Terms

RAX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes must be resolved in Australian courts.
